No — Home Energy Scotland stopped funding solar PV panels in June 2024. The HES scheme currently focuses on heat pumps, insulation, and storage heaters. Solar panels in Scotland are still eligible for 0% VAT (until 31 March 2027) and the Smart Export Guarantee, but there is no direct HES grant for solar at present.
